Mark Kafantaris Rated AV “Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell
We are pleased to share that Mark Kafantaris has received an AV “preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the trusted and longstanding authority on lawyer ratings since 1896.
Martindale-Hubbell ratings are measured by objective criteria of legal ability and high ethical standards provided by peers in the legal profession. Ethical standards include adherence to professional standards of conduct and ethics, reliability, diligence and other criteria relevant to the discharge of legal professional responsibilities. Legal ability includes an assessment of legal knowledge, analytic capabilities, judgment, communications ability and legal experience.
The AV preeminent rating is the highest offered by Martindale-Hubbell, which defines it as “a testament to the fact that a lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence.”
